The deadline to submit forms for the directory is
Friday, September 30th.

If you’re currently in the directory and you don’t need to make any changes, you don’t need to fill out a form.
ONLY fill out a form if the following applies:

▪ You’re currently not in the directory and want to be added.
▪ You’ve recently moved to the village and want to be added.
▪ Current information is incorrect.
▪ Need to update your information or add to your information.
▪ Need to remove a name.

Stop by the HOA office to fill out a directory form or submit by E-Form.
