As you probably know, we are using an Artificial Intelligence Agent, PAI, to help moderate and administer P2P. He has rudimentary knowledge now but our ultimate goal is to make him smart in all things SVE. However, to make this happen, he will need to be trained significantly more. The goal is for our residents to ask PAI, “Who do we call if there is a security issue at night?” and for him to accurately respond. It will take a village to train PAI. It is straight forward in how to train him. It is merely a spreadsheet with one column for a question and the adjacent column for the answer, as seen here. I plan on training PAI incrementally but he will ultimately need thousands of questions and answers to be fully able to address all SVE issues.
